Will it fit? I don't mind rolling the fenders. I really want advanti s1 storm. They come in 17x8 with 45 offset. Almost 900 for all 4 rims but they are sexy. I don't plan to buy them today but I'm planning out my details. Also any idea what size tire hahaha. I'm not go good at the rims and tire ordeal. I know the basics but some people study this stuff.

45 won't be the greatest offset - it'll look fairly sunken in without any spacers. I'd recommend at least 17x8 ET35 because you'll get a moderately flush look without spacers. You'll need 25-30mm spacers for ET45 wheels - that's a lot IMO. I wouldn't want more than 10-15mm spacers on my car.
If you're set on 45, it depends on the tire if it'll fit. When I had 17x7.5 ET45 (215/40/17), there was plenty of space between the tire and shock tube - no issue with rubbing fenders either. Then I moved up to 17x8 ET35 (same tire for a while) - still clear of tube, still no issues with fenders. Then I moved up to a 235/45/17 tire and I was fairly close to the tube and I definitely had to roll the rear fenders and bend up the splash guard tabs up front. As far as tire size, I'd say at least 225/45. 215/40 looks WAY stretched on 17x8 - I was not a fan. Most camps say to size your tire width roughly an inch (~25mm) larger than your wheel width. You won't need to roll fender for that I'm running 18x9.5 all around +33 and +23 offsets with 225/40/18 tires.
If you want I'd go with a 9" width -------------------- 94 Celica GT
