Okay so I'm about to be doing the timing belt on my redtop beams. I know there are timing marks on the belt and cam gears that line up. So after lining those up you remove the belt right? Or do you remove the tensioner first? After that I can remove the pulley and water pump correct? After that install the new water pump and pulley. Then I line the marks on the new belt back up, install the new tensioner, then pull the pin on it and I should be good right? I have a few pictures from a member on here that help but I would like some more advice and help.
Thanks -------------------- |

set the timing up at TDC. The crank pulley lines up with the 0 on the plastic belt cover. take the pulley off and the covers off. if you can see the marks on the cam gears to the notch on the back cover, put a dab of paint on so its easier to see. then take off the tensioner. then the belt. at this point you can change the water pump and I also suggest the small seal on the oil pump under the gear.
