 Car Hicups I need help |

So I'm having the issue on every gear now when Ever i start to decelerate by releasing the gas slowly my cars starts to hiccup/Jerk can I have some suggestions in where to look first please and thanks recently did timing belt double checked that and also installed new spark plugs and wires as well fuel filter anything else that might need changing ? Also no check engine light
