Been on here for a long time, but its time to let it go.
I rather not list it all out here, its a standard 3sgte swap, unfinished. Minimal work is needed to get it running. Please check the project thread for most questions. http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showto...p;#entry1090687 Anything else I'll be happy to answer. All parts needed for it are in hand, including lots of extras. 3k Firm - Much much more has gone into it, the engine it self was 3.5k. I do not want to part out. You could buy it for 3k, part it yourself and make more. All requiring motivation I do not have. This post has been edited by rave2n: Jun 2, 2017 - 8:28 AM |

Questions are coming, so I'm going to post my latest reply to one user which covers most everything.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B7zhpM4CJ...WlhISV9RRXZjdzQ That has all the most recent pictures. The list on getting it running can be extensive, but it really all depends on what you want. At minimal: Connect Harness to ECU - Doesn't need the whole harness extended, it reaches just fine, you just have 3-5 sensors along the top of the firewall that need their wires extended a few inches. Simply cut, and patch in a piece of wire for each one. I've already done the hard part of re-pinning the EA1 socket, making the engine room harness for the IC relay, and FP relay. Thats all done, and rung out according to the book and folks helping me along the way. Needs an exhaust - I already have most of the 3 inch exhaust on hand, just needs to goto a shop for a muffler and a short section after the downpipe fabricated. W2A Heatexchanger - Needs to be mounted - Comes with it - New lines have been installed already for it, and the pump is mounted as well. AC Condensor - Is shot, I recommend replacement if you want AC. Compressor is in line, and attached, but I'm positive the condensor is shot, as I never had AC with this vehicle, and after taking apart the front end, I could see its a bit worn. Install big rad- Rad is fanned, with expensive ass SPAL fans, low profile so they don't hit the turbo - Just need to patch into existing socket. Easy. Install Walbro Pump - Comes with swap. No back seats, even easier. Connect Power Steering Pump Vacumn Lines - A new VSV was installed. Driver side bracket bracket was stripped - New bracket comes with swap and is pictured. Hub dust guard is rusted out, I have a none rusted one. Up to who ever if they want to replace it, but I wouldn't recommending using the old hub, and it was blowing bearings every year. All belts are new, including timing. The head, and bottom end were removed and cleaned, and resealed with FIPG. No oil leaks. New Oil pump, new water pump, new spark plugs, new spark wires, new distributor cap, new bearings on all timing side, and idler pully. Most is OEM, only things I couldn't find from Toyota were not OEM, which typically I went to the manufacturer and found exact spec items. Literally just 1 pully. Triple gauge pod, and gauge double display with inline temp sensors included. Needs a boost gauge. Rear window fin, rear SS3 spats, and facelift bumper come with it. The interior....is not pretty, has Vincent's covers on it, but they are worn and gone. The radio and bezel has been removed, but the bezel is fine and comes with the swap. The wiring has been repaired, and no need to bypass the OEM amp system. Its been sitting for 3 years in FL heat, so...its a little molding inside. It'll wipe right off, with patience. All body pieces including fenders and GT4 hood come with it as well... Anything else, I'm sure I have an answer for it. Anything I have, that is for this car, comes with it. Literally, I'll put the front tires on so it can roll, and fill the inside with all the parts...which is quite substantial. This post has been edited by rave2n: Jun 2, 2017 - 11:46 AM |
