I have been having issues with my current 99 gt hatchback. I cannot for the life of the car figure out what is causing it to misfire. now I'm thinking my next option is instead of buying and replacing every switch valve and sensor, to just buy another hatch and swap the parts over. Another diagnostic approach would be to take a day to just swap every part over (one at a time) from the new car to my current one and individually test it to get to the bottom of this.

I have replaced
Egr valve
Egr solenoid
Egr vavumme switch
Egr diaphragm (behind intake manifold)
Spark plugs
Wires
Distributor, rotor, and cap
Pvc valve
Alternator
Battery
Fuel pump
Engine temp sensor
Thermostat
And ecu

Have you tested the coil and ignitor? 96+ has the coil and igniter placed outside of the distributor, and those should be one of the first parts to check in case of misfire.

You could, and should have easily tested most of the components you listed rather than replacing them. Besides, "new" components aren't always working components, especially if you went with aftermarket parts.

I don't know how to properly test. Maybe someone in Orlando Florida can help me?

You can usually buy the shop manual off eBay for $50 or less, in depth and extensive testing for every component on the car.
